Struggling with Anorexia since I was 14 years old off and on for years but it hit me the hardest 2 and a half years ago and I had lost all hope. I was lifting weights, but still starving myself and doing it all wrong, while trying to complete a medical program at South University and had gallbladder removal surgery, it was hard. No matter who I went too or who tried to help me, nothing worked. Until I reached out to a personal trainer who was recommended by a couple friends. I met with him May of 2017 and it changed my entire life! I am now almost a year recovered and the healthiest both mentally and physically then I've ever been.
