I've been coming to this theater for years and have never felt that it's been so bad as to have to write a review about it. However this time things were so bad that I felt inclined to.

I walked in to the over crowded room where you can purchase tickets and has trouble even walking to the door to the theater from there (we already bought tickets so we didn't have to wait in the at least 30 minute long line to buy tickets). Then we got to the service desk to pick up our tickets and nobody was there (someone came over quickly though). After that we proceeded to our theater and looked at how absolutely terrible the cleaning job was. Trash cans were completely full, popcorn was all over the hallway, and when we got to our seats there was garbage from the previous show all over our seats. When we went and asked for it to be cleaned, we were simply told that "they were working on it". I should also mention that the entire theater was not cleaned, not just our seats.

I've never been a fan of this theater and very happy that Paragon is in the Wellington Green Mall, which offers a much better experience for roughly the same price. Management needs to buckle down here for sure.
